MERGER THROUGH ACQUISITION OF UNIVERS S.R.L. BY RUBINETTERIE BRESCIANE BONOMI S.P.A.
On July 1st 2011 the act of merger through acquisition of Univers S.r.l. by Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi S.p.A. has been signed. This merger does not involve any change in the operational structure of the company and has no effect on business relations. The local production sites of Gussago Via Milano n°32 and Cogozzo di Villa Carcina Via G.Galilei n°15 remain operational, even if part of the machining operations will be transferred into a new production plant currently under construction.
